Cursor that magnetically pulls toward buttons and morphs scale/border-radius on hover.

A custom cursor that tracks magnetically toward buttons with spring physics. On button hover, the cursor scales up and its border radius animates from a dot to a pill shape. The magnet effect pulls the cursor toward button centers at 30% displacement, creating an 'attracted but anchored' feel with characteristic snap-back.
